I’m Hannah Fraser, a licensed Realtor with years of experience in transaction coordination and agent operations support. I’ve served as a buyer’s agent and I’m also a homeowner myself, which means I understand real estate from every angle — client, agent, and operational partner. That perspective allows me to approach each transaction with empathy, clarity, and strategic oversight.
As the founder of New Leaf Real Estate Solutions, I bring both frontline real estate experience and behind-the-scenes operational expertise to every partnership.
My passion is twofold:
Helping buyers and sellers feel empowered during some of the most important turning points of their lives — and helping agents strengthen their systems so they can provide exceptional, consistent client care.
Having worked inside hundreds of transactions, I know real estate is never “just paperwork.” It’s timing. It’s communication. It’s emotion. It’s life transitions.
I don’t believe clients are numbers. I believe relationships and experiences matter.

Grace Mowers
Transaction & Listing Expert Coordinator
Grace is a Realtor and experienced Listing and Transaction Coordinator who brings a strong focus on client care, organization, and efficiency to every transaction. Originally from Savannah, Georgia, Grace understands the importance of clear communication, thoughtful support, and keeping every detail moving smoothly behind the scenes.
Grace and Hannah actually began their real estate careers working together, learning the ins and outs of the business side by side. After years of growing their experience in different directions, they’re so excited to be teaming up again through New Leaf. Their working styles complement each other naturally, and together they make a strong, dependable team.
Now living in Uganda, Grace works remotely while continuing to serve agents and clients with the same attention to detail and level of care she has always prioritized. She is passionate about making the real estate process feel more organized, efficient, and supported from beginning to end.
Robert Fraser
Director of Operations
Robert Fraser serves as New Leaf Real Estate Solutions’ Director of Operations, bringing a strong background from his career in health administration. His work in a highly structured environment has made him an expert in procedures, organization, accountability, and the small details that keep everything running smoothly.
Behind the scenes at New Leaf, Robert helps keep systems efficient, processes consistent, and the team on track. He has a natural ability to spot what needs attention and strengthen processes.
As Hannah’s husband and trusted partner in both life and business, Robert brings a steady, practical perspective to the team—and helps keep all of us in shape when it comes to getting things done right.
Our Story
New Leaf Real Estate Solutions began with Hannah’s vision to create a better, more organized way to support real estate professionals and their clients. What started as a transaction-focused business has grown into a broader resource built around thoughtful systems, strong relationships, and dependable support.
Hannah and Gracie first worked together early in their real estate careers, learning the ins and outs of transactions side by side and quickly discovering how well their strengths complemented one another. Years later, they have come back together with even more experience and a shared excitement for building something meaningful. Gracie brings her expertise in listings, transactions, and client care, helping ensure every detail is handled with efficiency and intention.
Behind the scenes, Rob serves as New Leaf’s Director of Operations, bringing a detail-oriented, process-driven approach to the business. He helps keep the team organized, systems running smoothly, and the many moving pieces of New Leaf working together.
Together, Hannah, Gracie, and Rob bring different strengths to the table, but share the same goal: to build a company that makes real estate feel more supported, more personal, and a whole lot less complicated.
